Just wanted to play with some new techniques I recently saw on the various Simon Says Stamp blog hops, and I came up with this:
I used a LOT of glitter on this card, haha~ They are all Martha Stewart Neon Glitters.
For the ‘happy’ die, I cut multiple layers and glued them together to give some dimension (Seen here and here). For the top layer, I put some Scor-tape on the card stock, so I can add the glitter. (Kind of using this technique, but i don’t have the double sided sticky sheets, so I just put it on card stock.)
For the balloons, I first colored them with water color pencils, but I didn’t like the way it looked. So I covered the balloons with some Glossy Accent and then covered it with glitter. I did a couple of layers of this, and then topped it off with more Glossy Accents. I used a LOT of Glossy Accents, haha~ I love the dimension this adds!
